Music Therapy Career Day is held annually to provide information for high school students and other students who may be thinking about majoring in music therapy. The event consists of a two-hour session during which the UGA music therapy faculty and students provide prospective students with information, activities, and videos about the profession. The event is scheduled traditionally scheduled on an "audition" day, allowing prospective students to audition for admission to the School of Music and also learn about the Music Therapy Program. This year Music Therapy Career Day will be held on Saturday, October 2, from 10:00AM--12:00PM in room 304 of the Hugh Hodgson School of Music on East Campus. Please contact Roy Kennedy at rkennedy@uga.edu if you are interested in attending the event.
