Doctor of Musical Arts in Conducting

An interview and conducting audtion is required of those applicants invited to campus. Applicants should be prepared:

• to rehearse and conduct a university ensemble;

• to speak about the literature which was rehearsed, choral and/or instrumental techniques, general repertoire, and personal goals.

Rehearsal repertoire will be selected by the conducting faculty. An aural acuity test will be administered in conjunction with the audition.
