UGA School of Music

Community Music School

The University of Georgia Community Music School is designed to offer instruction to community members of all ages and levels of ability. Areas of instruction include piano, voice, strings, brass, woodwinds, percussion, music theory, music appreciation, and ensemble performance. The faculty are drawn from undergraduate and graduate students currently attending the University, as well as professional musicians from the community.

School of Music faculty members provide master classes, observe instruction, and assist CMS faculty, as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school.
