Clinic: Jeff Hamilton Trio Jazz Clinic

The Jeff Hamilton Trio will present a jazz clinic on Friday, November 6 from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m. in the Ramsey Concert Hall of the UGA Performing Arts Center. The event is free and open to the public.

Hamilton has been the primary drummer for Diana Krall on most of her recordings and concert tours. He leads his own trio with some very heavy hitters on piano and bass,Tamir Hendelma and Christoph Luty. Hamilton was drummer for many years with the Ray Brown Trio, and co-leads the Clayton-Hamilton Jazz Orchestra. The November 6 concert is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see and hear this famous trio! The clinic is made possible through financial contributions from Bosphorus Cymbals, Regal Tip drumsticks, and Remo.
